Every day is different and due to our tremendous and rapid growth, there is no telling where your career will take you.Business Development ManagerSpecific Areas of ResponsibilityRelationship Building: Partnering with high schools to offer test preparation for students Initiate meetings with administrators and college counselors Travel by car or public transportation to schools throughout the region (4-5 days of in-person meetings per week) Deliver effective and dynamic presentations to various audiences including administrators, college counselors, parents and students Marketing: Promote our courses and tutoring to potential customers Drive enrollment growth in the territory Coordinate direct mailings, speaking engagements and community outreach Execution: Ensure the proper execution or courses within the region Follow up with contacts regarding scheduling and implementation of programs Communicate with team members within your region to coordinate courses QualificationsRequired Bachelor`s Degree Sales experience Access to a vehicle Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the region Exceptional written and verbal communication skills The ability to solve problems quickly and creatively The ability to work both independently and on teamsPreferred Experience in the field of education Client-facing experience Experience at SCORE, Kaplan, Princeton Review, Sylvan or similar a plus. The Company:

Our client is a market leading European company and they are currently recruiting for a Head of Modelling, to work within their European centre, based in Ireland.

The Role:

The Head of Modelling will focus on ensuring that they maximise the value of the in-house transactional data. You will be analysing, testing and optimizing the options throughout the player lifecycle process and creating a player segmentation system to dive a data-intelligent CRM approach to player communication.

Candidate Profile:

The candidates applying for the role of Head of Modelling will ideally have educational qualifications in a maths/stats related field and also approximately 7 years experience in a modelling/analytical/stats role as well as experience of working with stats analysis, data-mining software e.g SAS.

Salary/Additional Information:

The basic salary for the role is up to ?120,000 plus company bonus and benefits.
